  • Exchanges are not offered, as each product is meticulously made to order. We take pride in our workmanship and stand behind the quality of our offerings.
  • However, if you receive a product that is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, we are happy to facilitate an exchange as per our terms and policies. At D'Claire, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
  • To initiate an exchange for a damaged or defective product, please email us at teamdclaire@gmail.com with a complete start to end unboxing video of the order within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Our team will review the details and determine if the product qualifies for an exchange based on the manufacturing defect or damage sustained during transit.
  • If approved, you will be asked to return the product within 7-10 days from the delivery date.
  • Once we receive the return item, we will promptly process a replacement order, withing 8-10 days in your respective bank account ensuring you receive a flawless product that meets our high standards.
  • Please note that slight colour variations or minor imperfections that do not impact the product's functionality or integrity are not considered grounds for exchange.
